By accessing or using Eyelid ("the Service," "we," "us," "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use Eyelid.
You must be at least 16 years old to create an Eyelid account. By using Eyelid, you represent that you meet this requirement and that all information you provide is accurate.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
You retain ownership of content you post on Eyelid (posts, comments, kits, reviews, images). By posting content, you grant Eyelid a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, reproduce, and distribute that content in connection with operating and promoting the Service. You are solely responsible for the content you post and must have the right to share it.

We reserve the right to remove content and suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, at our sole discretion.
Eyelid offers an optional paid VIP subscription. Subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis through our payment processor, Stripe. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. See our Refund Policy for more details.
Eyelid may include affiliate links to third-party retailers and sponsored product placements. We may earn a commission when you make a purchase through these links. Sponsored content is clearly labeled as such.
The Eyelid name, logo, and platform design are the property of Eyelid and may not be used without permission. All rights not expressly granted to you are reserved.
Eyelid relies on third-party services (including Supabase, Stripe, Resend, and Anthropic) to operate. We are not responsible for the availability or performance of these third-party services.
Eyelid is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free. Product recommendations and reviews on Eyelid reflect the opinions of individual users and are not endorsed or verified by Eyelid.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Eyelid and its founders, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
You agree to indemnify and hold Eyelid harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.
We may suspend or terminate your access to Eyelid at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that violates these Terms or is otherwise harmful to the Service or other users. You may delete your account at any time through your account settings.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Quebec and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to conflict of law principles.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of Eyelid after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
